The rate includes:
– Beach service (one umbrella and two deckchairs) on the famous “Mare Piccolo” beach included, for stays in August it has an extra weekly cost of €150;
– Final cleaning;
– Large garden with barbecue at your disposal;

– All electricity and gas expenses;

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations will be confirmed with a 30% advance payment via:
bank transfer to the bank details indicated subsequently at the time of booking confirmation.
The 30% amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The customer will pay the full amount of the stay if he cancels within 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of no show or early departure, the full amount of the stay must be paid.
