Check-in on Saturday or Sunday, from 17:00 to 20:30 not postponable
Check-out by 10:00.
Rates include
Final cleaning of the apartment.
Weekly change of bed linen.
Wi-fi available everywhere.
Rates do not include
Beach service with two deckchairs and an umbrella – In the period 27/07 – 23/08
N.B. For the apartments in the historic center the cost of the beach service in the period from 1/07 to 29/07 and from 27/08 to 30/09 is equal to € 35
The beach service has a weekly cost of €150.00 and must be requested at the time of booking.
Bath linen set available on request at a cost of € 10.00 per person and per change
Tourist tax € 2.00 per person and day (free for children under 12 years of age)
Kitchen cleaning – if not done by the customer € 15.00

Apartments in Tropea: the apartments are located in a Z.T.L. The closest parking areas are Largo G. Grimaldi and along Viale Stazione;
Residence on the sea: the structure does not have its own parking and it is possible to park in the areas of the links later
